Autonomous arrival
We recommend equipping the flat with an IglooHome connected key box. Each box is connected to our channel manager and customers automatically receive their personalized code on the day of their arrival.
Setting up a welcome pack
We provide all our travelers with a welcome pack consisting of shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee, sweets, crisps, bottled water, sugar, salt, pepper and oil.

20 to 30% excl. tax on your bookings
+ household collection + maintenance package*
*Optional: €30/month subscription. 2 free interventions per year (equipment invoiced at actual cost) for your plumbing, electrical, locksmith and odd jobs. 35 per hour thereafter. Intervention in less than 3 hours guaranteed.
